Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers beautiful views overlooking the beach, but some room allocations can make guests feel unsafe at night. The staff at Jaz Tour Khalef is friendly, fun, and always eager to help, providing excellent service. The location is spacious and clean, with plenty of areas to relax, but the dining experience may fall short of expectations. The facilities are well-maintained with a wide range of amenities to enjoy.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, with modern decor, but they seemed a bit overcrowded and mainly reserved for families. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Adil, Raoof, and Muarfik. The location was peaceful and comfortable, offering a great escape. The dining experience was a mix of good variety and disappointingly cold food. The facilities were generally satisfactory and catered to different needs.
The hotel has lovely staff and a great location, but my room had some issues. The spa experience was disappointing, and the dining options were not up to par. The sea and garden views were nice, but other aspects fell short of my expectations.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and disappointing experiences. The rooms were nice, large, and clean, with relaxing sea and garden views, but my negative encounter with the spa and the hotel's handling of the situation left me unsatisfied. Despite some shortcomings, the spacious room with a living area, separate toilet, and balcony was a plus point.
I had booked a room on the ground floor facing the garden and the restaurant which wasn't ideal as I had to use the lift to the 2nd floor. After changing rooms, I found my new room to be a bit tired but very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive.
The hotel is in a prime location with two large pools to choose from and a dedicated staff constantly maintaining the grounds. Although the presence of some unsafe equipment was concerning, the entertainment team and bar manager made the stay enjoyable. The dining options were limited, especially for a 5-star hotel, but the friendly and attentive service made up for it.
The hotel rooms were very nice with relaxing sea and garden views, but my experience with the spa and the hotel's response was disappointing, leading me not to consider returning. The rooms were clean and modern, with a free safe and a welcome basket of fresh fruit, albeit the arrangement of two single beds pushed together was a bit off. Overall, a decent experience without anything exceptional.
